William and Kate take part in a cooking workshop

Prince William and Kate Middleton spent day three of their Canadian tour taking part in a cooking workshop Saturday. William and Kate, outfitted in personalized chef's whites, visited the Institut de tourisme et d'hotellerie du Quebec in Montreal to learn some classic cooking techniques. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge prepared a soufflé, learned to sear a loin of lamb and piped some meringue.
