A little aesthetics video I put together to share with everyone the plight that we all know so well: when you buy something and the colours don’t match. I have been meaning to do this is photograph form for months now, but since I told myself that I would do at least one non-haul video before the end of the year, then why not a video?
These aren’t even all my sax items – only those that are specifically from Lolita brands (plus one bonus Axes Femme blouse I use with Lolita). I haven’t included anything that’s totally offbrand, like some of my cardigans, because Western offbrand items don’t tend to be advertised as ‘sax’ (instead they’re marked as pastel/baby/sky blue, so they don’t count as misselling the colour expectations). Notice how the sax Angelic Pretty bits are all on a pile of its own and still don’t match each other 100%!
I’m sure that there will be more sax items to come that will not match the ones I already have. One can only pray to Mana-sama that one day an item will arrive that will match something in this sax collection. But for now I hope you will enjoy this visualisation of one of Lolita fashion’s life tragedies.
